Professor Bio
Jeff Sarbaum is an Instructor of Economics at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Dr. Sarbaum received his Ph.D. from SUNY Binghamton, where he specialized in experimental, labor, international, and urban economics and was an award-winning economics teacher. He has taught international economics, European Union economics, labor economics, statistics, and economic principles courses at UNCG, Willamette University, and Whitman College, and has lectured widely about experimental economics. His publications include studies on the economics of addictive behavior and the use of classroom economics experiments as a teaching pedagogy. Dr. Sarbaum lives in Chapel Hill with his two sons.
