Pr. first-year students enrolled in a Learning Community

Informs students about campus resources, provides instruction and practice of academic skills and develops collaborative inquiry, information literacy, integrated learning, critical thinking, and oral communication skills. (Formerly FFL 101)

102 Integrated Studies Lab: Research, Discovery, and Inquiry (1:3)

Pr. first-year students enrolled in a Learning Community only.

Will engage students in an exploration and investigation of a research topic directly relevant to their UNCG Teach Learning Community. Students will utilize a variety of research methodologies and critical inquiry strategies as they develop project-based learning skills, academic research experience, and college-level writing competencies.
