300 Applied Leadership Skills for a Global World (3:3)

Concepts and skills essential for developing personal leadership and cross-cultural competencies are introduced; development of self-awareness as a means of preparing to be successful in a world which is global. (Fall & Spring & Summer)

310 Contemporary Global Leadership Issues (3:3)

Pr. admission to program

Coreq. IPC 300, 320, 330

Current issues in the global context with the application of leadership and personal efficacy theory and skills; topics such as sustainability, climate change, and crisis management will be explored. (Fall & Spring & Summer)

320 Internship (3:3)

Pr. admission to program

Coreq. IPC 300, 310, 330

Grade: Pass/Not Pass (P/NP)

Students apply intercultural leadership skills at a successful U.S. based global company and reflect on experiences through class assignments. Requirements include 300 hours of employment in an approved training role. (Fall & Spring & Summer)

330 Special Topics (3:3)

Pr. admission to program

Coreq. IPC 300, 310, 320

Grade: Pass/Not Pass (P/NP)

Topics of interest to those studying Leadership for a Global World and relevant to the student’s concurrent training experience. (Fall & Spring & Summer)
