Adult Students in Action: Elitha
UNCG Adult Student Elitha Williams is in China - earning college credit.
Following up on a UNCG brochure that described a cultural study abroad program in the Far East, Elitha Williams pushed to find the resources to go - and she succeeded.
This week she is in Liuzhou in southeastern China. It is known as the "city of dragons" which is reflected on buildings, on boats, on clothing and even on jewelry.
Elitha shares, "I was surprised at China's fast development. Bicycles and motorcycles are crowded out by BMWs, Volkswagons and Porsches."
She will visit seven areas from Shanghai to Xian to Beijing, collecting memories that will last a lifetime.

Work Study Positions Available
The Office for Adult Students is seeking up to two students for work-study employment this semester! We are looking for motivated individuals who can relate to and assist adult students for 10 hours a week. To inquire, contact Joe Gullo.

It currently hosts discussions and resources for adult students, and will soon be expanded to include many additional resources.
