Recipe Name:

Cheddar Tuna Casserole

Recipe Description:

Quick family dish to put a smile on everyone's face. Easy to prepare, quick to cook, tastes wonderful and the kids love it.

Ingredients:

  • 2 boxes of 12 oz. Velveeta Deluxe Macaroni and Cheese (2% milk)
  • Two cans of 4.5 oz tuna in water
  • Two cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cheddar and sour cream potato chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Cook Velveeta Mac and Cheese as directed on box, drain and mix with butter, cream of mushroom soup, and salt and pepper to taste (can add shredded mild cheddar cheese if desired)
  3. Lighty oil or spray a casserole dish
  4. Add tuna to mixture and layer in dish
  5. Cover the top with 1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes
