Quick Chicken & Onion Soup
This surprisingly tasty and versatile soup is simple and speedy. It makes for a filling meal on the run, or a hearty side with any sandwich.
Break up chicken chunks with fork. Mix all ingredients and heat over low burner until hot or microwave single-sized portions for 1-2 minutes on high. Stir. Serve warm.
Optional: For extra nutrition, add your favorite steamed vegetables. Corn, carrots, potatoes and green beans work well. Be sure to chop vegetables into small pieces to maintain drinkability.
