Easy One-Dish Italian Chicken
Chicken with sauce and tomatoes served over pasta
Spray a 13x9 baking dish with Pam or some other cooking spray. Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the dish. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and pepper to your preference. Spread the Cream of Chicken soup so all the chicken breasts are covered. Next, pour the entire can of diced tomatoes on top of the chicken, again, making sure all the chicken pieces are covered. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese (when cooked, this will make a sauce). Cover lightly and bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
Cook pasta according to directions on box.
Serve chicken and sauce over pasta with bread and salad!
