Crepes

Recipe Description:

Easy to make, top with anything you like. Heats from freezing to warm in about 3 min from the microwave. Crepes are easy to make in the blender and take about 20 min from start to finish for two people to be full. They freeze well and taste good preserved. This recipe makes about 20-25 crepes depending on how thin you make them.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbs sugar
  • 1 tbs salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tbs butter
  • 1 or 1.5 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Break 2 eggs in the blender
  2. Put 3 tbs sugar, 1 tbs salt
  3. Close lid, put the blender on whip
  4. Pour in 1/2 cup of water
  5. Pour in 1 cup milk
  6. Add 1 or 1.5 cups flour
  7. Add 3 tbs melted butter (30 sec in microwave)
  8. Reblend
  9. Put your non-stick skillet on medium heat
  10. Pour Mix in the skillet for about 40 seconds on one side and 30 seconds on another
  11. Top with your favorite topping or wrap them up in some boiled meat
  12. Make it healthy by adding sour cream as topping
