Recipe Name:

Pork Chops Teriyaki

Recipe Description:

A wonderful, elegant meal which tastes like you have been cooking all day.

Ingredients:

  • 6 Boneless Pork Chops (3/4" thick)
  • 1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can of pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 Tbsp. chopped green onions

Directions:

Add the following to crock pot: Pork Chops, Teriyaki Sauce, Water, Garlic, Sesame Seeds, Ginger.

Cook on low for 8 hours. Right before serving, dissolve 1 Tablespoon cornstarch in 1 Tablespoon water and stir into pan juices. Add pineapple chunks and green onions and stir until heated through. This will thicken up the the sauce a bit.

Immediately serve over rice or noodles with a nice green salad. Enjoy!
