What's For Dinner? The Office for Adult Students is sponsoring the “What’s-for-Dinner” contest to encourage nutritious eating. The contest took place between March 16 and March 27. Students submitted recipes in one of four categories:

  • Best Nutritious Snack
  • Best Freezer Treasure
  • Best Meal-On-The-Run
  • Best Slow-Cooker/Crock Pot Meal

Most adult students lead very busy lives - many have families, many have full time jobs. Not surprisingly, adult students often resort to fast food for their meals which can be a less than healthy approach to nutrition. We hope this contest provided ideas for healthy alternatives.
