NCFlex Spending Account Important Benefit Changes:
Protecting What’s Yours
To ensure your privacy, NCFlex is replacing your Social Security Number
(SSN) with a new Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Member Identification
number! Your FSA Member ID number will allow you to:
- Fill out the 2009 FSA Claim Form without use of your SSN
- Access the ClaimsPlus website and monitor your account activity
- Access the NCFlex Customer Service Center
You will receive your FSA Member ID number in the mail by mid-August, so be on the lookout for it!
