Training and Development - New Employee Orientation

Men shaking handsNew Employee Orientation is a mandatory information/benefits enrollment session conducted for all new employees. It is vital for new employees to attend orientation within thirty days of their start date. If you are a new employee who has been working for twenty or more days and have not received an invitation to orientation, please contact Emily Foust, 256-0342.

NEO sessions are scheduled from 8:15 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. in the Human Resource Services Training room located at 113 Bryan Bldg. There are frequent breaks provided throughout the day.

Note:New Employees are invited to the NEO session scheduled closest to employee's start date. An official invitation letter is mailed to the employee's home address once an offer of employment has been accepted. Supervisors of new SPA employees are also notified via email of the new employee's scheduled NEO date.
