PeopleAdmin Service Notification
PeopleAdmin will establish and maintain an automated internet based system (the "Applicant Tracking System") for accepting and processing Customer employment applications. PeopleAdmin will provide and maintain the systems established to provide this service, including maintenance of all computer hardware and software. The system shall provide the following functions:
- allow job candidates to complete and submit an employment application online;
- allow candidates to review the status of their employment application online;
- allow staff to electronically screen candidates for minimum qualifications using job specific multiple choice qualification questions;
- allow employment department staff to electronically forward candidates to appropriate hiring managers;
- allow hiring managers to create job requisitions online;
- review applications and resumes from candidates online;
- update the status of candidates; and
- provide a dedicated fax number for accepting and converting paper applications to Adobe PDF format and sending these PDF files to the customer via electronic mail
