IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL SPA EMPLOYEES AND SUPERVISORS

The passage of House Bill 834 by the General Assembly of North Carolina has required that certain changes be made in the SPA Employee Grievance Policy, effective May 1, 2014. The newly revised policy incorporates changes that are applicable to all universities in the UNC system and is designed to provide a consistent process for prompt, fair, and orderly resolution of disputes arising out of employment.
