HR Organizational Consulting
Working with multiple partners, The HR Consulting Team offers services to assist University departments in advancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness to support the university's mission. Consultations are tailored to the needs of the department which are established in the pre-planning and initial consultation meeting.
Services provided include but are not limited to:
- Talent Management - helping managers assess their department's workforce so that the right people are in the right roles with the right set of skills at the right time.
- Business Process Analysis - working with a group to analyze the current way of performing specific tasks to determine whether a more effective way to utilize resources.
- Professional Development - working to develop organizational capabilities within the department to support the unit and university mission. Specilalized retreats and departmental training can be customized for specific needs.
- Employment Metrics Review - working with a group to evaluate various employment metrics in addition to assisting departments to evaluate function specific metrics with peer organizations.
