Summer Session Payment Deadlines

For Continuing UNCG Students who register for Summer Session between April 6 - 29:

  • To confirm your registration for Summer Session courses you must pay the total amount due on your Summer Session 2009 bill on or before May 15 or your registration will be canceled. If you need additional information about paying your bill, please call the Cashiers and Student Accounts Office, 336/334-5831 or 1-877/286-8250, or stop by that office in 151 Mossman Building, for further assistance.

For New, Continuing UNCG Students and Visiting Students who register beginning April 22:

  • Tuition and fees must be paid in full at the time of registration or your schedule will be canceled. Please note the following important information below concerning payment of tuition and fees.

Bills will be sent electronically to summer students who register beginning April 30. It is your responsibility pay your tuition and fees.

Payment Confirmation:

Please refer to Financial Services - Cashiers and Student Accounts Office for payment information and options.

If you have registered for summer session classes and would like to verify if your courses have been "confirmed (payment arrangements are complete)", please follow these instructions:

  • Access UNCGenie.
  • Click on Login to Secure Area and type your User ID (a 9 digit University assigned number) and Pin Number (a 6 digit code given to the student by the University).
  • Click on Student Services & Financial Aid.
  • Click on Registration.
  • Click on Estimated Final Bill.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page to Registration Confirmed. If classes have been confirmed there will be a "Y." If classes have not yet been confirmed, there will be a "N."
