Summer Session Final Grades and Incompletes
Final Grades for Summer 2008
Final grades will be available to students at the UNCGenie Web site as grades are submitted and processed during the final exam period. You may view your grades at the UNCGenie Web site. You may also print a copy of your grades from the same menu. See instructions below.
Getting/Printing Your Grades from the Web
You may view and print your grades from the UNCGenie Web site. Your Student ID number and your University PIN are required in order for you to view and print your grades. Follow these steps to view/print grades at the UNCGenie Web site:
1. Log on to UNCGenie• Go to UNCG Homepage at: http://www.uncg.edu
• Click on UNCGenie
• Enter Secure Area
• Enter your Student ID
• Enter your University PIN (6-digit code); click “logon”
2. On UNCGenie Main Menu, select "Student Services & Financial Aid Menu"
3. On next menu, select "Student Records"
4. On next menu, select "Final Grades"
5. Choose the most recent academic term to see your grades
Your grades for the current semester should display. If one of your grades is listed as “NR”, this means that the grade for that course has not yet been reported and entered into the system.
To print a copy of your grades to an available printer, select “Print” from your web browser menu. To keep your information secure, be sure to click on the “exit “ link at the top of the page when leaving UNCGenie.
Incomplete Grade Deadlines
Incomplete grades not removed by the stated deadlines will automatically convert to an “F” on your academic record.
Incomplete grades earned during Summer 2008 must be removed by February 2, 2009 to avoid automatic conversion to “F”.
