Registration Information

Enrollment

Tuition is paid at time of registration. Registrations are processed in the order they are received. Class sizes are limited -- enroll early. Walk-ins are not permitted.

Confirmation

You will receive a receipt confirming your registration and a confirmation letter or email explaining class location, driving directions, and parking instructions.

Make-Up Classes

Should a class meeting be postponed by UNCG due to inclement weather, illness of the instructor, or other unforeseen circumstance, the class will be rescheduled. Should a student choose or need to be absent, for whatever reason, a make-up session will not be offered.

Refund Policy

To receive a full refund for a non-credit course, cancellation request must be received five business days before commencement of the course. A $10 administrative fee will be retained if refund request is received less than five business days before the start of the course. For courses having excursion, entertainment or meal expenses, the cost for these expenses will be retained in addition to the administrative fee.

For courses having more than two class sessions, a 60% refund will be granted for requests received prior to the second class session. A 40% refund will be granted for requests received prior to the third session. Thereafter, no refunds will be granted.

Courses offered in conjunction with Gatlin Education (online certificates) are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

A class with low enrollment as early as one week prior to its start date may be cancelled at the discretion of UNCG and a full refund will be processed. Registrants will receive a phone call and email notification of cancellation.
