Each year we pick our university locations based on availability of comfortable, modern accommodations and access to the university’s recreational and educational facilities. Each of our locations is also chosen with your family in mind. Our destinations provide you with opportunities for travel, sightseeing, and vacationing before or after taking your child to camp.

Our cancellation and refund policies are based on our investment in staff, supplies, housing facilities, and dining contracts before camp starts. If you cancel your camper's registration 10 days prior to the first day of camp (see schedule below), you are entitled to a full refund (less the non-refundable deposit). If you cancel after that date, you will forfeit your total payment, except in the case of the camper's serious illness or injury (with documentation by physician) or the death of an immediate family member. Campers who leave during a camp session for one of these reasons will receive a pro-rated refund (less the non-refundable deposit). A camper who exhibits emotional, psychological, or behavioral conditions that are disruptive to the program or harmful to him/herself, or who uses illegal drugs, alcohol, or tobacco may be dismissed with no refund.
To request a refund, you must submit a letter to the Division of Continual Learning Refund Committee, outlining the reasons for cancellation and provide appropriate documentation within 30 days of your cancellation. The Refund Committee will send a decision about your refund request via mail by the last week of August 2010.
