Professional interests: Mr. Erba serves as a Lecturer/Professor Practice offering courses in Business Policy & Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Leadership,Marketing and Communications. Prior to joining UNCG in 2005, he served as President & CEO of two organizations, as well as holding senior executive positions in the areas of sales & marketing, supply chain management and order fulfillment for a F1000 organization. He has served as a corporate entrepreneur for much of his business career, starting and leading new venture firms. In 2010, Mr. Erba was awarded Bryan School's Excellence in Teaching, for non-tenured faculty. He maintains a small boutique consulting practice focused on assisting SME's develop and implement effective strategic plans.
