Academic Suspension Success Contracts
Students returning from Academic Suspension or students who have been granted an Academic Suspension Appeal must participate in a Success Contract with Student Academic Services.
Guidelines for Students
- Part 1: Print and fill out the Appreciative Advising Inventory. Bring the completed inventory with you when you meet with the SAS advisor
- Part 2: Meet with your SAS advisor to sign a Success Contract and maintain its parameters during your first semester of re-enrollment
You must meet with your SAS advisor and sign the Success Contract by 5 p.m. on the first day of classes.
Failure to meet these parameters will result in a student's immediate academic dismissal.
