Academic Dismissal Success Contracts
Students returning from Academic Dismissal or students who have been granted an Academic Dismissal Appeal must participate in a Success Contract with Student Academic Services.
Guidelines for Students
Schedule a meeting with your SAS advisor to sign a Success Contract. You are responsible for maintaining the contract parameters during your first semester of re-enrollment.
You must meet with your SAS advisor and sign the Success Contract by 5 p.m. on the first day of classes.
Failure to meet these parameters will result in a student's immediate academic dismissal.
