Visiting Student Information

College Level Visitors

A student who is currently working toward a degree at another institution but who wishes to take courses at UNCG during the regular term is classified as a "visiting" student. Students attending any of the constituent campuses of the Greater Greensboro Consortium are not visiting students.

College level visitors may apply through the Division of Continual Learning 336.315.7044.

High School Level Visitors

High school seniors with superior academic credentials may want to supplement their high school curriculum with courses at UNCG. To determine if you are eligible to enroll as a visiting student, please contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at 336.334.5243.

Summer Session

Students planning to attend Summer Session at UNCG must complete the Summer Student Information Form. Summer Session courses and the information form may be obtained in mid-March by accessing the Summer Session Web page or by contacting the Summer Session office, 336.315.7044 (outside Greensboro, 1.866.334.CALL).

Permission to register for Summer Session does not constitute admission to the University or any of its programs for fall or spring semesters.
