*You must also submit official copies of transcript(s) from each school attended since leaving UNCG by the above date. An overall and transferable 2.0 GPA must be earned on all coursework attempted since leaving UNCG.
Please note: A new process implemented by the UNC system requires us to request additional information regarding campus safety questions, if needed. If an application is received without reasonable time to collect this information, we will be unable to review the application, and you must reapply and submit a new application fee to be considered for a subsequent semester.
UNCG has a non-binding notification deadline for incoming freshmen (see below). Students must complete their applications by the specified deadline to qualify for the corresponding notification date. Transfer applications are reviewed on a rolling and space available basis. Please note that students who complete the application process and are eligible to apply for Merit Awards will receive notification prior to the specified deadline.

Completed applications received after November 1, 2009 will be reviewed on a rolling basis beginning December 15, 2009 until March 1, 2010.
Applications received after March 1, 2010 will be considered on a space available basis.
Students who plan to complete high school in less than four years with the intention of enrolling at UNCG are considered on a case by case basis. To determine if you are eligible to enroll as an early high school graduate, please contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at 336.334.5243.
Students planning to attend Summer Session* at UNCG must complete the Summer Student Information Form. Summer Session courses and the information form may be obtained in mid-March by visiting the Summer Session Web page or by contacting the Office of Summer Session, UNCG, 915 Northridge Street, Greensboro, NC 27402, phone 336.315.7044 (outside Greensboro, 1.866.334.CALL).
*Permission to register for Summer Session does not constitute admission to the University nor any of its programs for fall or spring semesters.
