Listed below are the different ways to apply for admission to UNCG. The application process is the same for day and evening programs. Please be aware that several of our programs require a secondary admissions process to the particular program. See below for a listing of the programs with special admissions requirements.

All domestic applicants must submit:
Application and fee
Official high school transcript and GED scores or adult high school diploma, if applicable (not required for 2Plus or second-degree seeking applicants)
Official scores from the SAT or ACT, including the writing component (required for freshmen and transfers with fewer than 30 college transfer hours). Request that official scores be forwarded to UNCG directly from the testing agency. (For the SAT, UNCG's school code is 5913; for the ACT, the school code is 3166.
Official college transcripts from any post-secondary institution(s) attended, even those granting summer, extension, developmental, and technical credit.
Please note: As of June 2009, Undergraduate Admissions no longer offers admission deferrals. If you wish to apply for a subsequent semester, you must reapply and submit a new application fee. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
